We offer a 30 day money back guaranty in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. Usually we will refund the same amount you have paid to us (incl. shipping costs). However you pay for the shipping back to us.

Shipping Back

Please send back to the address displayed in "Contact". If you send from outside of Europe please add the green sticker "Customs Declaration" and indicate the package as a gift with value $15 in order that it clears customs easily. Shipping from the U.S. of one amplifier costs $6 and from the U.K. GBP2.50 via airmail (unregistered).

Spare Parts

Please contact us if you need any spare parts for your amplifier (e.g. a new case with sticked-in battery holder).

Every item comes with a 2 years warranty. Please contact us if you experience any fault.
